Woodland Experiences
We have created a unique woodland experiential
environment to bring your learning to life and into action. You can choose from over 100 of our activities, or alternatively why not bring or invent your own.

Pathways lead you around a woodland trail and in the largest clearing is camping accommodation with an area for a log fire. Whatever time of year the woods are the perfect environment for reflection and calm conversation

Learning Zones
Bluntswood consists of eight different learning zones, each named after a renowned leader and concentrating on an aspect of leadership. This helps promote discussion on leadership and focus on different aspects in a manageable way. The zones look at Teamwork, Communication, Strategy, Inspiration, Coaching, Motivation, Planning and Management. Each zone boasts a weatherproof de-brief cabin.

With over 10,000+ sq ft of indoor space and
50 acres of parkland you can be creative with
learning experiences whatever the objective.

Business simulations can take place in the Oak Room, creative exercises such as Film Making in the Turkey Barn and painting the ‘Big Picture’ or Drama Workshops in the Cedar Room. Bluntswood - swish boardroom to outdoor survival, it’s all here.
